Boeing Negotiations App
The Boeing Negotiations app was created as a centralized mobile resource for employees following the 2024 contract negotiations between Boeing and IAM 751 & W24.
The goal was to transform a complex and evolving bargaining process into an accessible digital experience—giving users a clear way to follow updates, understand the negotiation process, and stay informed about important milestones.
I joined the project with established UX wireframes and was responsible for bringing the experience to life through the visual design, branding, iconography, and UI system.

Challenges
The core challenge was creating a mobile experience that made a complex and constantly evolving contract negotiation process easy to understand and follow. The app needed to be:
- Informative without overwhelming users
- Clear and accessible on mobile
- Engaging enough to encourage users to stay informed
- Flexible enough to support ongoing updates throughout negotiations
Our Solution
Working from UX wireframes, I led the visual design and brought the experience to life through a cohesive brand and UI system. Key features included:
- A centralized home experience for accessing the latest negotiation updates and resources
- Custom iconography to simplify navigation and make information easier to scan
- Visual explanations and infographics to make the bargaining process more approachable
- FAQs, timelines, and glossary content organized for quick access and understanding
